My sales are listed as “Pending”. How and when does that change?

All incoming Sales are initially set to Pending in the system. You do not have to do anything to make that change. Once a month, usually during the first week of the month, we process all Sales that are Pending in the Affiliate System for the second month prior. For example, during the first week of May we process March sales. Nearly all are then marked Approved and then are ready for payout. The only exceptions would be for a fraudulent order or one that has been charged-back by the customer.
