I'm trying to fill out the Affiliate form but what is Referral ID and Parent ID?

While filling out the form the referral id is your username and the parent id is the Id of the person who has introduced you to join us as an affiliate. If no such person has suggested that you may proceed by leaving Parent ID field blank.
